Why you’ll love this Ninja Creami peach sorbet
Nothing compares to the juicy sweetness of summer peaches. This sorbet keeps the peach flavor front and center while adding a touch of dairy-free yogurt for a smooth, velvety texture. It’s an easy, naturally dairy-free dessert that highlights ripe fruit without overpowering it.
Here’s what makes this recipe stand out:

- Dairy-free: Sorbet is a classic dairy-free dessert, and this version keeps it simple and bright.
- Extra creamy: A small amount of dairy-free vanilla yogurt improves mouthfeel and yields a creamier sorbet after processing in the Ninja Creami.
Recipe Ingredients
- Whole peaches: Fresh, ripe peaches are essential for the best flavor and texture. Slice and remove pits before pureeing.
- Dairy-free vanilla yogurt: Any plant-based vanilla yogurt will work — it adds body and smoothness to the sorbet.
- Maple syrup: Adds gentle sweetness and enhances peach flavor; honey or another liquid sweetener can be substituted if desired.
How to make Ninja Creami peach sorbet
The method is straightforward: puree, freeze, and process in the Ninja Creami. Follow the detailed steps below for the best results.

Step one. Combine the peach base in a food processor and transfer it to the Ninja Creami container. Freeze for 24 hours on a flat surface.

Step two. Process on the sorbet setting until smooth, then respin as needed to reach the desired creaminess.
Michelle’s tips & tricks
- No need to peel the peaches: The skin blends fine and adds color and nutrients—just be sure to puree thoroughly for a smooth texture.
- Freeze the base flat: Place the Ninja Creami pint on a level surface in the freezer and keep the mixture below the fill line. Uneven freezing can stress the blade when spinning.
- Respin to adjust texture: If the first spin is too crumbly or icy, make a small well in the frozen pint, add a splash of orange juice or plant milk, and respin. Repeat until creamy.

- 1/4 cup dairy-free vanilla yogurt
Instructions
- Combine sliced peaches (skin on is fine), dairy-free vanilla yogurt, and maple syrup in a food processor. Blend until completely smooth.

- Once fully frozen, check that the top of the pint is level. Insert the frozen pint into the outer bowl and secure the lid. Process on the sorbet setting.
- If the texture is too icy, make a small well in the center, add a splash of orange juice or plant milk, and use the respin setting. Repeat 2–3 times if necessary until smooth and creamy.
